Transport

Driving: If you are driving, please be aware that the house is a 10-minute drive along a windy single track road. There are passing points, but you may need to reverse if there are vehicles coming the other way.

Taxis: The following taxi companies operate from Abergavenny (others are available too!) and will be able to drop off & pick up from the venue for approx £15-20 per journey. Booking in advance is essential.

  • Julian's Taxis Abergavenny 07970182283

Public transport: There is no public transport to Upper Llanover. Abergavenny, which is 10 miles away, is the nearest town & has a train station.

There will be lots of people driving or arranging taxis to/from the venue. Please let us know if you’d like to taxi/car-share and we will put you in touch with others travelling at the same time.

Parking

Please park in the field to the entrance of Dan-Y-Graig farm and walk up to the venue (450 metres) if you are able.

Guests can also be dropped off at the entrance to the venue prior to parking, there is a turning circle 150 metres further up the hill.

Note: We are borrowing the field from a local farmer - no sleeping in cars please.

Gifts

We don't don't expect gifts, your presence at our big day is gift enough! However, if you are struck with an overwhelming tsunami of generosity we would greatly appreciate help with our honeymoon budget. We'll be going on a motorcyle adventure through Georgia and Turkey starting in July & hope to send you an update of us enjoying your gift along the way.

We've included a couple of other gift options too, in case you'd prefer to get us something a little more sensible x
